We offer a competitive and flexible salary structure, with wages negotiable within the ranges below based on qualifications, education, and experience. In addition, employees receive a guaranteed 3% annual salary increase each year through FY29, providing predictability, stability, and long-term earning growth.

Salary Ranges by Education Level

  • Bachelor's Degree (BA): $51,156 $63,156
  • Bachelor's \+15 (BA\+15): $51,656 $65,156
  • Bachelor's \+30 (BA\+30): $52,156 $67,156
  • Master's Degree (MA): $53,406 $72,156
  • Master's \+15 (MA\+15): $54,156 $72,906
  • Master's \+30 (MA\+30): $54,906 $73,656
  • Master's \+45 / PhD: $57,156 $75,906

Educational Advancement Pay Increases

In addition to annual raises, salary increases are applied as you advance your education:

  • BA to BA\+15: \+$500
  • BA\+15 to BA\+30: \+$800
  • BA\+30 to MA: \+$5,000
  • MA to MA\+15: \+$1,000
  • MA\+15 to MA\+30: \+$1,000
  • MA\+30 to MA\+45 / PhD: \+$1,000

Longevity Incentives

To recognize long-term commitment to Fairfield Community School District, the following longevity bonuses are provided:

  • After the 2nd year of certified FCSD service:

If converting from an initial license to a standard license and returning to FCSD the following year, a one-time longevity bonus is paid in June.

+ If the initial license is not converted until the 3rd year, a $500 bonus is paid at that time.

  • After the 5th year of certified FCSD service:

A one-time longevity bonus is paid in June and continues at the following milestones:

5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th year, and every five years thereafter.
