Role Description

We are looking for a highly logical, fast-executing, self-learning developer who understands systems deeply instead of just writing tutorial-based code.

This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys coding, solving problems, building products, understanding architecture, and learning technologies independently.

Core Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Flutter (Dart)

• Strong understanding of .NET Core backend systems

• API integration and API architecture understanding

• Strong React.js and web development knowledge

• Understanding of frontend/backend communication

• Database understanding (SQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB)

• Git/GitHub workflow understanding

• Authentication systems, sessions, tokens, etc.

• Basic server/cloud/deployment understanding

• Clean code structure and optimization understanding

• Debugging and performance optimization ability

• JavaScript

• Basic DevOps understanding is a plus

Responsibilities

:

• Handle Flutter (Dart) application improvements and feature development

• Work on .NET Core backend APIs and integrations

• Build and improve web-related systems using React.js

• Improve app performance, speed, UI flow, and stability

• Solve technical problems independently

• Assist in future scaling and architecture-related improvements

• Work directly on execution instead of unnecessary meetings/processes
