We are partnering with a growing and ambitious organisation to recruit an experienced Supply Chain Manager. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape and lead the supply chain strategy. You’ll operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment delivering commercially robust, efficient, and scalable supply chain solutions.
As Supply Chain Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end supply chain activity, driving performance, strengthening supplier relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading supply chain and procurement activity,
- Developing and delivering end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned to business objectives
- Managing supplier relationships (including international suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners)
- Leading commercial negotiations, contracts, and SLAs to deliver cost-effective and high-quality outcomes
- Overseeing supply and demand planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks, ensuring governance and compliance with internal processes
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, planning, and logistics
- Supporting new business initiatives by designing scalable and competitive supply chain solutions
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial and Operations teams to ensure alignment and delivery
We’re looking for a commercially astute, hands-on supply chain professional who can operate both strategically and operationally.
- Proven experience in an end-to-end supply chain role
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels
- Demonstrable commercial acumen, including contract negotiation experience
- Experience across supply planning, logistics, and supplier management
- Track record of managing supplier performance and driving improvements
- Strong analytical skills with experience using ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
