As a

Senior Customer Marketing Manager

here at Honeywell, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and enhance brand visibility in the Process Automation sector.

You will report directly to our

Senior Director Commercial Life Science

and you’ll work on a

Remote

work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the overall marketing strategy by leveraging customer insights and market data to inform decision-making, ultimately driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives and enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with product development and sales strategies.

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience in customer marketing or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and inform marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and business growth.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and techniques to measure campaign performance and ROI.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn, LinkedIn navigator, Inside Sales, etc.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7 or more years of experience in customer marketing or product marketing.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions.
  • Knowledge of the Process Automation industry and market dynamics.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $120K - $150K. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York \& California, the annual base salary range is $130K - $160K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
