Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Regional Operations Manager

to oversee a growing portfolio of properties across Northeast Ohio. This role is ideal for a strong operator with multi‑unit experience or a background managing a large, complex site and leading a substantial team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving operational objectives by guiding, coaching, and supporting their team.

Key Qualifications \& Skills

• Property Management Experience:

Must have multi‑site or large single‑site experience in an area‑level role or as a Property Manager of a significant asset.

• Lease‑Up Expertise:

Strong experience in

lease‑ups is highly desired and will be a key differentiator

for this role.

• Leadership Competency:

Skilled in setting goals and leading teams to achieve objectives.

• Leasing \& Marketing Acumen:

Strong understanding of leasing best practices, marketing strategies, and market dynamics.

• Travel:

Willingness and ability to travel 3–4 days per week (primarily within the area), with minimal overnights required.

• Additional Travel:

Willingness and ability to travel to corporate office once per quarter (overnight).
