Duties

Research, develop and implement AI technologies, data management, and IT products and services. Lead and supervise engineering team to insure business milestones and deliverables are met. Develop and implement strategic goals and internal policies for technology department. Direct and supervise research and development projects. Determine personal needs and supervise hiring, evaluation, and termination of employees. Keep up-to-date on to strategic goals. ne impact scientific developments and progress to determine impact to strategic company goals. Oversee company's blockchain related research and manage auditing of code. Telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the United States.

Requirements

• PhD in Computer Science with emphasis on Cryptology.
• RUST language proficiency
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.
• Proven experience in Blockchain projets.

Pay: From $205,000\.00 per year
