What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the design and implementation of Agile ceremonies for Sales and Experience Cloud implementations
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, ensuring CRM solutions are audit-ready
• Drive the Agile process and coordinate with internal teams and federal stakeholders
• Implement tracking and reporting tools to measure team velocity across Salesforce and AWS environments
• Provide Agile guidance and best practices to development and consulting teams

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• US Citizenship required, with the ability and willingness to obtain security clearance(s)
• 5-7\+ years of experience facilitating Agile sprints and driving delivery momentum
• Significant experience with Salesforce products, particularly Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Deep familiarity with the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and federal ATO processes
• Proven leadership skills in managing large, complex Agile projects within federal frameworks

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Salesforce certifications in Sales and Experience Cloud
• Experience using automated project management and compliance platforms
