Job Summar

yWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal support and guidance for our real estate development, construction, and corporate operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UAE laws, real estate regulations, construction contracts, and corporate legal matters. The Legal Advisor will play a critical role in protecting the company's legal interests, mitigating risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting commercial transactions

.Key Responsibilitie

sLegal Advisory \& Complianc

• eProvide legal advice and guidance on real estate, construction, corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
• .Ensure compliance with UAE federal laws, local regulations, and industry-specific requirements
• .Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on legal implications affecting the business
• .Manage legal risk assessments and recommend practical solutions to mitigate exposure

.Contract Managemen

• tDraft, review, negotiate, and finalise a wide range of legal documents, including
• :Construction Contract
• sFIDIC Contract
• sConsultancy Agreement
• sJoint Venture Agreement
• sSale and Purchase Agreements (SPA
• )Lease Agreement
• sMemorandums of Understanding (MOU
• )Memorandums of Association (MOA
• )Articles of Association (AOA
• )Service Agreements and Commercial Contract
• sEnsure all contracts adequately protect the company's legal and commercial interests
• .Monitor contract obligations, expiration dates, renewals, and compliance requirements

.Real Estate \& Construction Matter

• sProvide legal support for real estate acquisitions, developments, sales, leasing, and property management activities
• .Review project-related agreements and construction documentation
• .Advise on contractual disputes, delay claims, variations, extensions of time, and project-related legal issues
• .Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and external legal counsel when required

.Dispute Resolution \& Litigatio

• nManage legal disputes, claims, arbitration proceedings, and litigation matters
• .Liaise with external law firms, legal consultants, courts, and government authorities
• .Prepare legal notices, responses, settlement agreements, and supporting documentation
• .Track court hearings, legal proceedings, and case developments

.Corporate Legal Affair

• sSupport company incorporation, restructuring, licensing, governance, and corporate compliance matters
• .Prepare board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, and corporate documentation
• .Maintain legal records and ensure confidentiality of all corporate matters

.Documentation \& Reportin

• gMaintain accurate legal records, contract databases, and filing systems
• .Prepare legal reports and updates for senior management
• .Attend meetings, provide legal input, and record key decisions where required

.Requirement

• sBachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognised university
• .Minimum 8–12 years of legal experience, preferably within the UAE
• .Strong experience in real estate development, construction, and corporate legal matters
• .Extensive knowledge of UAE Real Estate Law, Construction Law, Commercial Law, Labour Law, and Civil Law
• .Experience in handling FIDIC-based contracts and construction claims
• .Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly preferred
• .Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory skills
• .Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• .Ability to manage multiple legal matters and deadlines effectively
• .UAE legal practice qualification or equivalent professional certification is an advantage
