Job Description

Financial Reporting \& Compliance

  • Month-end journals, bank, intercompany and general ledger reconciliations
  • Monthly corporate reporting via OneStream, including variance analysis
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
  • Ensure compliance with GST and statutory requirements

Business Partnering \& Process Improvement

  • Partner with senior finance and sales stakeholders
  • Support divisional and corporate reporting requests
  • Contribute to process improvements, controls and best practice documentation

Accounting Operations

  • End-to-end AR and AP, including credit control and month-end close
  • Customer credit reviews, overdue debt management and discrepancy resolution
  • Payroll processing, entitlements management, payroll tax and Workers Compensation returns
  • Preparation and submission of BAS
  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Business
  • Strong Excel capability
  • Solid understanding of GST and Australian statutory compliance
  • Clear communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously
