UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) – GEOINT / Map-Based Intelligence

Are you excited by complex, data-heavy interfaces and products that go far beyond “nice UI”? We’re looking for a
UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)
with strong experience in
map-based UX, geospatial products, and analytical platforms
for an innovative, mission-relevant tech environment.
What you’ll do
🗺️ Design map-based frontends for complex analysis and intelligence workflows
📊 Create UX/UI for large-scale data in geographic contexts
🔍 Shape flows for search, analysis, enrichment, and reporting
🧩 Build scalable interaction patterns for geo-, graph-, and table-heavy interfaces
🤝 Work closely with Product and Engineering in fast prototyping cycles
🛠️ Deliver clear, adoption-ready handoffs including specs and edge cases
What you bring
✔️ Several years of UI/UX experience in complex
B2B / enterprise software
✔️ Strong
Figma
and design systems skills
✔️ Experience with
map-based products / geo interfaces
✔️ Strong understanding of
usability, accessibility, and performance
✔️ Confidence translating ambiguity into clear UX solutions
Big plus if you’ve worked with
🌍 Geospatial UX
🛰️ OSINT / GEOINT / data intelligence products
📈 Graph-, geo-, or table-heavy applications
🏛️ Government, defense, public safety, or security-related environments
🤖 Palantir-like, AI, or enterprise data platforms
