Job Description
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager who will be capable of increasing sales within an assigned geographical area and guiding a team of field sales representatives. Also, delivering presentations to potential and existing customers, evaluate the performance of the sales team, and prepare concise sales reports.

- Thorough knowledge of the product and its market for which you are appointed for
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Good business sense to forecast sales goals and its achievement.
- The ability to motivate and lead a sales team.
- Initiative and enthusiasm towards his targets and company’s goal
- Strategic thinking and planning skills to implement sales plans on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- The ability to work calmly under pressure with their team.
- Regular visits to dealers’ stores for procurement of orders and collection of payments as per company’s policy
- Handling knowledge of primary and secondary sales.
- Knowledge of launching new product and its placement.
- Developing and managing customer relationship.
- Keep watch on competitors’ activities and market trend.
- Forecasting sales, developing out of the box sales strategies/models, and evaluating their effectiveness
- Evaluate Vendors’ skills, and needs and build productive long-lasting relationship
Qualifications \& Skills
- Excellent phone and presentation skills to satisfy the customers.
- Experience 5\+ years
- Excellent communication and 'people skills'
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
