ServiceNow Full Stack Developer (Remote – U.S.)

Salary:

$120K – $130K base \+ \~10% discretionary bonus

We’re partnering with a globally recognized professional services organization to hire a

ServiceNow Full Stack Developer

. This role works closely with the IT Director of Support Services and is focused on building and optimizing critical ServiceNow solutions across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning solutions end-to-end and working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain Service Catalog items end-to-end
• Design workflows, approvals, SLAs, and fulfillment logic
• Translate business needs across HR, IT, and operations into scalable solutions
• Utilize Flow Designer and Workflow Editor beyond out-of-the-box configurations
• Develop using Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs
• Build onboarding and offboarding automation workflows
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
• Support implementation of ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and AI Agents

What You Bring

• 3\+ years of ServiceNow development experience in an enterprise environment
• Strong JavaScript and Glide API experience
• Hands-on experience with ITSM and/or related ServiceNow modules
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer)
• Experience in legal or professional services environments
• Familiarity with CMDB and ITOM concepts
