Job Description
A stealth-stage AI startup is hiring its first Senior AI Engineer to build an agentic voice AI product for professional services.
The company has recently raised funding, already has early product traction, and is now looking for a foundational engineering hire to help scale the platform.
The Role
A first engineering hire working directly with the founder to build and own the company’s AI platform from the ground up.
You’ll work across the full stack, from voice agents and LLM workflows to the user-facing product and infrastructure.
What You Will Do
- Build and improve the core voice AI product
- Develop LLM-powered workflows and agent orchestration systems
- Build product features using Next.js and TypeScript
- Create evaluation systems to improve AI performance
- Integrate APIs across voice, telephony, CRM, and AI platforms
- Help establish the engineering foundation and infrastructure of the company
What They Are Looking For
- 4\+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong TypeScript and modern web development experience
- Experience building production LLM applications
- Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph
- Comfortable working across backend, APIs, and frontend systems
- Excited by high-ownership startup environments
