Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) – Virtual Evaluations & Re-Evaluations

Kids First Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) to perform virtual evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients throughout Florida.

Position Details

• Independent Contractor (1099)
• Virtual/Remote Position
• Compensation: $50 per evaluation or re-evaluation
• Evaluations are expected to take up to 1 hour maximum
• Afternoon and after-school availability required
• Flexible scheduling

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations via telehealth
• Complete evaluation reports and required documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with state and payer requirements
• Communicate professionally with families and clinical staff

Requirements

• Current Florida Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) License
• Active NPI Number
• Active Florida Medicaid Provider Enrollment
• Current Professional Liability Insurance
• Active CAQH Profile
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Telehealth experience is preferred
