SQL Database Administrator

The Role

• Handle technical requests from end-users of RCH products and systems
• Analyze data to determine the root cause of technical issues swiftly
• Install and configure SQL database setups
• Implement database schemas, tables, views, and data objects adhering to best practices
• Review and modify queries for scalability, availability, and efficiency gains
• Perform migration of changes through development life cycle including testing and deployment

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with MS SQL Server administration
• Experience working with SQL server Always On Availability Groups
• High level of knowledge and adherence to Enterprise Query Standards
• Experience evaluating SQL Queries using execution plans, DMVs, Profiler or Extended Events
• Solid judgment, analytical, and problem-solving skills
