We are exclusively partnering with a leading company in Dubai to find a visionary analytics leader who can bridge the gap between data and business strategy.

🎯 About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position where you will act as the strategic voice of the Data Analytics function — working directly with C-suite and senior business leaders to drive data-driven decision making across the organization.

✅ What You'll Be Doing:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand their data needs

• Act as a strategic advisor, communicating the value of analytics to achieve business objectives

• Lead data-driven transformation and drive data literacy across business units

• Translate complex analytical insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences

• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the impact of data initiatives on business outcomes

• Promote best practices in data governance, data quality, and compliance

• Identify opportunities to leverage data for enhanced business performance

📌 What We're Looking For:

• Arabic \& English fluency required

• 10\+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Strategy

• Background in Real Estate, Economic Zone, or Leasing — MANDATORY

• Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders

• Strong expertise in KPI frameworks, data governance, and analytics strategy

• Master's degree or MBA preferred

• KYC experience is an added advantage ⭐
