We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Women’s Unit, focusing on GYN/post-surgical care. This full-time role involves providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, practicing according to evidence-based standards and the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—while partnering with patients and families to tailor care to individual needs and cultural diversity. The RN will promote teamwork, collaboration, and performance improvement activities, support professional development, serve as a mentor, and contribute to evidence-based practice and research initiatives. Key qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of patient care experience, an associate’s degree in nursing (bachelor’s preferred), and valid nursing licenses, along with certifications such as BLS and NRP.
