About the Role

Incredible experience -- Duties: Analyze, structure, raise cap and negotiate ESOP transactions, lots of valuation, presentations, modeling, help w the entire transaction, working w banking, lending institutions, working w trustee, Data room mgmt. and Due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, structure, raise capital and negotiate ESOP transactions
• Perform valuation, presentations, and modeling
• Assist with the entire transaction process
• Work with banking and lending institutions
• Collaborate with trustees
• Manage data rooms and due diligence processes
• Support SES professionals in preparing research, industry analyses, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials using advanced Excel and PowerPoint applications
• Perform sophisticated modeling, analytical and administrative tasks

Qualifications

Average is 50 hour week, rarely there past 630, no one is in office on weekend… Busy at year end. Will report to VPs (2) and Senior Associate and Managing Directors (3).
