Full Time Floral Designer - 2 years recent full service flower shop experience required

Are You an Experienced Floral Designer?

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to join our flower shop team. This position is perfect for a talented designer who loves creating beautiful florals and excels in customer service.

Hours:

· Full time, including every other Saturday.

9:00-5:30 weekdays

10:00-4:00 Saturdays, with varied hours on event days

You will have one weekday off if you are scheduled to work Saturday.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years’ recent experience as a full-service floral designer in a flower shop

· Excellent design and color theory skills

· Excellent customer service and communication

· Current driver’s license and clean driving record

· Ability to lift and move floral buckets, supplies, and arrangements up to 40 lbs.

· Reliable and punctual.

· Cheerful team player. This is a no drama shop!

Responsibilities:

· Create fresh flower arrangements, wraps, wedding florals, funeral florals and other designs in a timely manner.

· Adhere to shop standards regarding Cost of Goods Sold formulas

· Assist with visual merchandising and inventory

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop

· Receive, process and occasionally deliver flower orders.

· Support general retail tasks including cashiering and stocking.
