We’re looking for a performance-focused marketer to take full ownership of demand generation and campaign strategy—someone who knows how to balance standout brand storytelling with hard commercial results.

This is a role for a marketer who doesn’t just run campaigns, but shapes how demand is created, audiences are engaged, and growth is delivered at scale.

What you’ll be doing

Own demand generation strategy

You’ll lead the end-to-end performance marketing agenda, aligned to key growth priorities including core propositions, new product launches, and enterprise programmes. You’ll translate commercial goals into high-impact campaigns by defining:

  • Target audiences and segmentation
  • Messaging frameworks and value propositions
  • Channel mix and activation strategies
  • Offers and conversion journeys

Create campaigns that stand out

You’ll develop campaigns that cut through the market—blending creative excellence with performance thinking:

  • Shape campaign narratives in collaboration with brand teams
  • Brief and guide creative to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Build integrated, multi-channel activation plans (paid, organic and partner)
  • Define clear success metrics and optimisation strategies

Deliver performance that matters

From concept to execution, you’ll own campaign delivery and results:

  • Launch campaigns with precision and pace
  • Monitor performance and optimise in real time
  • Own key performance metrics including conversion, lead quality and pipeline contribution

Continuously improve through insight

You’ll embed a strong test-and-learn culture:

  • Develop hypotheses and structured experiment plans
  • Run creative, messaging and audience tests
  • Analyse data and optimise performance on an ongoing basis
  • Share insights through dashboards, campaign reviews and performance narratives

Collaborate across the business

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maximise campaign impact:

  • Sales teams on targeting, lead quality and follow-up
  • Content and social teams on messaging and storytelling
  • Creative teams on campaign execution
  • Digital specialists on landing pages and conversion optimisation
  • Martech teams on tracking, automation and CRM integrity

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience owning end-to-end B2B demand generation campaigns
  • Strong expertise in B2B campaign strategy, audience targeting and channel orchestration
  • A data-driven approach to performance optimisation, testing and conversion improvement
  • The ability to brief and direct creative towards measurable outcomes
  • Experience collaborating with sales, product and creative stakeholders
  • A track record of delivering campaigns that drive pipeline and stand out in the market
