Job Summary

  • Provide operational and technical support for HR technology platforms (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors) to ensure data integrity, efficient system functionality, and effective reporting. Serve as a key contributor within the HRIT team by supporting system maintenance, troubleshooting issues, assisting with projects, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Essential Functions
  • Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR master data within HR systems.
  • Perform routine data audits and validations to ensure data quality and compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and vendors to support HR system operations and issue resolution.
  • Support HRIT projects by assisting with requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Analyze business processes and recommend incremental system or workflow improvements.
  • Participate in system testing activities (UAT, regression testing) for upgrades, enhancements, and patches.
  • Provide functional support and basic configuration assistance for HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors modules).
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports using reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Perform routine system maintenance activities, including monitoring integrations and resolving errors.
  • Research and troubleshoot HR system issues and escalate complex problems as needed.

Education

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Experience

  • 2 4 years of experience supporting HR systems or HR technology platforms.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as SAP or SuccessFactors preferred.
  • Basic experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exposure to system testing, data validation, and process documentation.
  • Familiarity with data structures and basic SQL is a plus.
