Job Description

  • Will be responsible for actively engaging with the candidates in the premises of each site.
  • Will be responsible for actively putting the candidates on the various online assessments for our domestic and international clients.
  • Will be responsible to facilitate the completion of the candidates online application form.
  • Will be responsible for working from the recruitment team effectively.
  • Will be responsible for managing and organising candidate records on Smart Recruiters
  • Capture assessment results in review box on Smart Recruiter.
  • Make necessary notes, and assessment results in review.
  • Screen candidates and invite them in for assessments and interviews.
  • Move the candidates into the relevant jobs.
  • Check People Soft for eligibility of employment.
  • Daily Tracking and reports.

Qualifications

Matric

Relevant recruitment experience (minimum 1 year)
