Electrical Foreman

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to lead a crew of electricians on commercial projects ranging in size from $50k to $2\.5M. Crew size on individual projects could be anywhere from 2 to 12, but will typically be about 4-6 electricians. On most projects, foremen are expected to work with their tools in addition to laying out work for the rest of the crew.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a foreman or at least 10 years as an electrician on commercial projects ranging in size from $50k-$2\.5M.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems. Adept at reading \& interpreting blueprints, with a strong understanding of NEC and NYC electrical codes, methods and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with the crew, project manager, superintendent and general contractor.
• A team-oriented leader with a hunger and drive to lead the team to success.
