About the Job:

Core Skills:

• Design, and build solutions using SAP RAP(RESTful Application Programming Model) on S/4HANA and BTP.
• Develop CDS Views, behaviors, annotations, and OData services to support RAP applications.
• Code development in SAP ABAP - Conduct configuration for business solutions, creation of interfaces for integration and SAP system maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable architectures.
• Integrate RAP applications with SAP Fiori/UI5 for seamless user experiences.
• Ensure adherence to clean code principles, performance optimization, and security standards.
• Comfortable to work on ABAP on HANA, RAP and extension approaches.
• Solid work experience on core ABAP RICWEFs.
• Support in system design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Support migration of legacy custom developments to RAP-based solutions.
• Document technical designs, standards, and best practices.

Experience Requirements:

• At least 5 years of SAP technical experience with 2\+ years in SAP RAP.
• Strong expertise in ABAP on HANA, CDS Views, Annotations, OData V2/V4, and BOPF
• Knowledge of S/4HANA extensibility, BTP, and SAP Fiori/UI5 integration.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, event handling, and transactional processing in RAP.
• Experience with Adobe forms/Smartforms
• Knowledge of Integrations areas such as IDOCs and Proxies
• Highly preferred to have workflow/flexible workflow experience.
• Understanding of clean core and side-by-side extensions on BTP.
• Strong problem-solving, design, leadership, and communication skills.
