Job Description

As a

Custom Software Engineer

, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing custom software solutions by designing, coding, testing, and maintaining scalable applications across multiple systems and platforms.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, apply agile methodologies, and leverage modern development frameworks to deliver high-performing solutions that meet business requirements.

This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to contribute to architectural and technical decisions across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and system components
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for backend and frontend technologies
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to key architectural decisions
• Provide technical guidance and support across multiple teams
• Facilitate mentoring and knowledge sharing within the development team
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize development efficiency
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance optimization

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with

Node.js

• Proficiency in

• Experience with

Kotlin, Java, or Spring Boot

• Strong knowledge of

AWS cloud services

• Experience working with

RDBMS

• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
