The Opportunity
Your Impact
The Ecommerce Strategy Analyst is responsible for shaping the long-term vision and strategic roadmap of the ecommerce channel. This role focuses on analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, integrating global capabilities, supporting the strategic sales cycle, and enabling scalable cross‑customer initiatives. The analyst will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders—including Sales, eCommerce Marketing, Finance, Data and Technology, and Global Teams—to ensure that the ecommerce strategy is data-driven, forward-looking, and aligned with business objectives. Additionally, this position owns channel budgeting processes and oversees the execution and performance tracking of high-impact strategic projects.
Responsibilities
- Define long-term ecommerce strategy and growth priorities.
- Follow up on global ecommerce tools integrated and ensure adoption.
- Strategic Sales Cycle Support and strategy building.
- Manage channel budget and track financial performance.
- Lead scalable ecommerce initiatives across customers.
- Deliver KPIs, dashboards, and actionable insights. eCommerce channel weekly agenda
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Education \& Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital strategy, commercial planning, or business intelligence.
- Experience interacting with global teams or participating in global capability rollouts is a plus.
- Skills \& Capabilities Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to simplify complexity.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of ecommerce fundamentals (media, search, content, retail media, customer platforms, operations).
- Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, build business cases, and quantify financial impact.
- High level of organization, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Languages Fluent English (written and spoken)
