Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in McLean, VA, for a Lead Front-End Developer. The role involves leading the development of responsive and user-friendly front-end web interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into functional code, and ensuring the seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems. The Lead Front-End Developer will also be responsible for continuous optimization of the user experience and staying current with emerging trends in web technologies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development practices
• Strong experience in Web Development, with a track record of building scalable and efficient applications
• Solid understanding of best practices for UI/UX design and web performance optimization
• Proven ability to lead development teams and collaborate effectively across departments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience working within the fintech and mortgage industry is a strong plus
