Posca Hydrate is a fast-growing Australian drinks business building a new kind of hydration brand.

The role
We are looking for a Global Operations \& Supply Chain Manager to help build the operational backbone of Posca Hydrate as we scale.
This role sits at the centre of project execution, logistics and export operations, and supply chain planning. It is a hands-on, highly accountable role for someone who can bring structure, pace and follow-through across multiple moving parts, while staying practical and calm under pressure.
You will help ensure the product is made, moved and available when and where it needs to be, while upholding strong compliance standards across all markets. You will also play a central role in helping Posca Hydrate enter and grow in multiple export markets, coordinating the operational detail required to keep momentum high and surprises low.
This is not a role for someone looking for a narrow corporate lane. It is for someone who understands how start-ups and scale-ups really work, can work flexibly as priorities shift, and enjoys being part of a business where their impact is visible.
Key responsibilities
1\. Project management and operational execution
- Lead and coordinate key operational projects across the business
- Drive strong follow-through with clear owners, timelines, actions and escalation points
- Keep multiple workstreams moving across internal teams and external partners
- Bring structure and clarity to execution without adding unnecessary complexity
- Support founders and senior leaders by turning priorities into practical action
2\. Logistics and export operations
- Own the coordination of domestic and international logistics activity
- Manage freight, shipping, warehouse and related operational requirements across markets
- Support export readiness and execution as Posca Hydrate enters and grows in multiple international markets, with a strong focus on meeting export-compliance obligations
- Coordinate documentation, timing, partner alignment and operational dependencies for export activity
- Work closely with external providers to ensure product moves efficiently and reliably
3\. Supply chain planning and stock availability
- Support end-to-end supply chain planning across production, inventory and replenishment
- Help ensure strong stock availability across channels and markets
- Monitor supply risks and work proactively to reduce disruption
- Coordinate with suppliers and production partners to support business needs
- Improve visibility and discipline around planning as the business scales
4\. Supplier and partner coordination
- Build strong working relationships with co-packers, suppliers, freight partners and other operational stakeholders
- Support issue resolution and ensure external partners are aligned to timelines and expectations
- Help improve operating rhythm and communication across the broader supply chain
5\. Support for growth and new markets
- Help the business prepare operationally for new market launches and new channel launches
- Work across packaging, production, logistics and execution requirements to support growth
- Contribute to building scalable processes and stronger operational discipline over time
What we are looking for
Essential
- Strong experience in FMCG or CPG operations, supply chain, logistics, or project management roles
- Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts and deliver with strong follow-through
- Experience in supply chain planning and stock management
- Experience in logistics, freight, export coordination, or market expansion operations
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving start-up or scale-up environment
- Highly organised, accountable and practical
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across a range of stakeholders
- Willingness to work flexibly and adapt as business needs change
Recommended but not mandatory
- Beverage industry experience
- Experience working with co-packers, production partners, or contract manufacturers
- Exposure to international market launches
- Packaging or NPD coordination exposure
