We are looking for a

Project Manager

to help keep client work, internal initiatives, and cross-functional projects organized, on track, and moving forward.

About the Role

As a Project Manager at Ace Marketing, you will be responsible for coordinating projects across growth, recruiting, operations, and client delivery. You will work closely with leadership, clients, contractors, and internal team members to make sure priorities are clear, deadlines are met, and communication stays organized.

This is a great role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, and able to bring structure to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external partners
• Keep projects organized across tools like Slack, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms
• Track deadlines, follow-ups, owners, and next steps
• Help prepare client updates, meeting notes, agendas, and status reports
• Support growth, recruiting, and operational initiatives across multiple clients
• Identify blockers early and help move projects forward
• Maintain clear documentation for processes, workflows, and client work
• Ensure team members have the context and resources they need to execute
• Help leadership prioritize competing initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 2\+ years of project management, operations, client success, recruiting coordination, or similar experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Strong follow-through and ownership mentality
• Ability to turn vague ideas into clear tasks, timelines, and next steps
• Comfortable working with founders, operators, and fast-moving startup teams

Nice to Have

• Experience working with startups, consulting firms, agencies, or VC-backed companies
• Familiarity with growth marketing, sales, recruiting, or talent acquisition
• Experience with project management tools like Notion, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Airtable
• Experience creating SOPs, dashboards, trackers, or client-facing reports
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflow, research, documentation, and execution
• Basic understanding of hiring funnels, marketing campaigns, or go-to-market operations
