Job Description

We are seeking a motivated

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to support business hiring needs by sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent across a diverse range of roles. This position plays a key role in delivering an efficient, high-quality, and inclusive hiring experience while partnering closely with internal hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source, identify, and attract qualified candidates using multiple recruiting channels
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer stage
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements
  • Evaluate candidates and conduct assessments to ensure strong role alignment
  • Maintain a timely and cost-effective recruiting process
  • Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and hiring progress

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3\+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience

Preferred Skills \& Experience

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting diverse candidate populations
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret recruiting data, trends, and metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong marketing and candidate sourcing/networking skills

*Pay Range- $60\.00-$63\.00/hour**
