Key Responsibilities

• Perform various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) on different materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
• Prepare materials for welding, including cutting, grinding, and cleaning.
• Inspect finished welds for quality, integrity, and adherence to specifications.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to engineering drawings.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in common welding processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Strong understanding and adherence to industrial safety regulations and best practices
• Experience with metal fabrication, fitting, and assembly techniques
• Demonstrated ability to perform quality welds with minimal supervision

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced blueprint reading and GD\&T interpretation skills
• Experience with robotic welding or other automated welding systems
• Forklift certification or experience operating other material handling equipment
• Basic fabrication or fitting experience
• Knowledge of common NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) methods or quality inspection techniques
