The Opportunity:
I am currently seeking a high-caliber Digital Marketing Automation Consultant on behalf of a premier, legacy financial services institution. My client is looking for a strategic thinker to join their enterprise-level Brand \& Marketing team. This is a pivotal role focused on bridging the gap between sophisticated data insights and high-impact customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Execution: Manage end-to-end direct marketing lifecycles across email, SMS, mobile, and direct mail, ensuring a seamless journey from lead engagement to sales conversion.
- CRM Advancement: Partner with Centers of Excellence to integrate advanced AI capabilities and innovative CRM practices into the current marketing stack.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Design and implement rigorous A/B and multivariate testing plans. You will analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a key liaison between Creative, Data \& Analytics, MarTech, and Distribution partners to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Technical Stewardship: Contribute to the long-term technology roadmap, focusing on process improvements, database analysis, and quality control.
Required Experience:
- 3\+ Years of MarTech Expertise: Hands-on experience with enterprise-level platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, Data Cloud, Marketo, or Eloqua.
- Campaign Design: Proven success in developing complex, multi-channel B2B and B2C digital campaigns.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying is essential.
- AI Integration: Experience utilizing AI-powered tools (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, Copilot) to enhance content personalization and campaign performance.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 7\+ years in Marketing Automation with a deep focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Direct experience working within highly regulated sectors (Insurance, Finance, or Healthcare).
- A track record of scaling CRM capabilities or leading large-scale MarTech implementations.
- Strong background in distribution or advisor-based channel marketing.
