• Manage a full 360 recruitment desk, driving both business development and candidate delivery.
• Build and expand relationships with technology leaders and hiring managers.
• Recruit top IT and technology professionals across contract and permanent hiring.
• Generate new business while growing existing client partnerships.
• Negotiate offers, manage the recruitment process, and deliver an exceptional client and candidate experience.

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in a 360/full-desk recruiting role within technology or IT staffing.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to win and grow client relationships.
• A track record of consistently exceeding revenue or placement goals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building a successful desk.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
