Senior Corporate Counsel

We have been exclusively engaged by a publicly held life sciences company to find a highly motivated and experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join its legal team and provide strategic legal support across key business functions, including business development and finance. This role involves reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex agreements such as M\&A, customer, research, and corporate contracts, while advising on securities, corporate governance, compliance, and transactional matters.

The lawyer must have a minimum of five years of corporate law experience gained at a major law firm with substantial exposure to mergers and acquisitions, and executive-level advising. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, sound business judgment, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience in the medical device or life sciences industry, familiarity with regulatory frameworks, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams are also highly desirable.
