Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and ensure consistent application of the brand across all internal and external channels, materials, and touchpoints.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional initiatives aligned with approved action plans to drive brand visibility and awareness, including partnership announcements, thought-leadership activity, and social media content.
- Develop and support marketing strategies for venues under operation, ensuring each venue has clear market positioning, brand identity, promotional approach, and an audience engagement plan aligned with the overall brand and commercial objectives.
- Deliver the PR and communications strategy to strengthen corporate reputation, support commercial objectives, and protect brand integrity.
- Manage media relations, including press outreach, press releases, interview coordination, and ongoing engagement with key stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to approved communications guidelines and policies for engagement with external partners, media, and the public across all functions.
- Monitor media coverage and public sentiment, proactively identifying risks or issues and escalating where required, with recommendations for response and resolution.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure aligned messaging and timely execution of communications initiatives.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing and communications roles, preferably within sports, entertainment, or related sectors.
- Strong experience in sports marketing, events promotion, or platform-based brand building.
- Demonstrated expertise in media relations and PR, with the ability to build corporate credibility and manage reputation.
- Demonstrated experience leading workstreams independently, with direct reporting into senior leadership.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies for venues, events, or live entertainment destinations (i.e., giga-projects), including brand positioning, launch planning, audience development, and ongoing promotional activity.
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, balancing the needs and expectations of global and local partners while ensuring alignment with brand, communications, and business objectives.
- Professional English writing and verbal communication skills.
- Saudi national / native Arabic speaker with strong Arabic writing capability required.
