We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communications professional to support and strengthen the Group's brand, reputation, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. The role will be responsible for driving strategic communications, media relations, content development, digital communications, leadership positioning, and brand-building initiatives across the Systematix Group businesses.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, media understanding, content capabilities, and experience in managing integrated communication programs within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications \& Brand Management
Support the development and execution of the Group's corporate communications strategy.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all internal and external communication channels.
Drive initiatives that enhance the visibility and reputation of the Systematix brand.
Work closely with business teams to communicate key developments, achievements, and milestones.
Public Relations \& Media Relations
Manage relationships with media houses, journalists, editors, and industry publications.
Coordinate with PR agencies to secure meaningful media coverage and thought leadership opportunities.
Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, leadership interviews, and announcements.
Track media coverage and prepare periodic media visibility reports.
Leadership \& Thought Leadership Positioning
Develop communication content for senior leadership including speeches, articles, opinion pieces, interviews, and LinkedIn posts.
Identify opportunities to position leadership as industry experts across financial markets, wealth management, investment banking, institutional equities, and capital markets.
Support participation in industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
Digital Communications
Manage the Group's digital presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Create and execute content calendars aligned with business priorities.
Work closely with digital marketing and creative agencies to develop impactful campaigns.
Monitor engagement metrics and recommend strategies to improve digital visibility.
Content Development
Develop corporate presentations, company profiles, newsletters, event communication materials, website content, and marketing collateral.
Ensure all communication content adheres to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Create compelling storytelling around the Group's products, services, people, and achievements.
Events \& Corporate Branding
Support communication and branding requirements for investor conferences, corporate events, roadshows, leadership forums, and client engagement initiatives.
Coordinate event communication, invitations, media interactions, and post-event visibility campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all event-related collateral.
Website Management
Coordinate updates to the corporate website and business-specific microsites.
Work with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure website content remains current and relevant.
Support SEO and content enhancement initiatives.
