Location: Birmingham

Salary: GBP30,000 to GBP38,000

An established, multi sector architectural practice in Birmingham is seeking a capable and ambitious Architect to become part of its friendly and collaborative team. The studio delivers projects across the Education, Commercial, Leisure and Healthcare sectors and has built a strong reputation for thoughtful design and a high standard of service.

Role and Responsibilities

• Take an active role in delivering projects across all RIBA stages, from initial concept to final completion
• Prepare and refine design and technical drawing packages in collaboration with colleagues
• Liaise closely with consultants and clients to maintain programme and quality standards
• Present design concepts and technical information clearly and confidently
• Oversee and prioritise multiple projects to ensure deadlines are achieved

Required Skills And Experience

• Part 3 qualified Architect with ARB registration
• Relevant post qualification experience within the UK
• Advanced working knowledge of Revit
• Strong design sensibility supported by sound technical expertise
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
