Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented

FP\&A Analyst

to support core financial planning processes within the Strategic Finance COE. This role blends

financial analysis (FP\&A)

with

process automation and transformation

, leveraging tools like Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute core FP\&A processes including

headcount planning, position management, accruals, and expense tracking

• Build, enhance, and maintain

complex financial models

• Design and implement scalable automation and reporting solutions using:
• Power Automate (workflow automation, approvals, notifications)
• Power Apps (intake tools, workflow apps)
• Microsoft Power BI (dashboards, executive reporting)
• SharePoint / Microsoft Lists (data tracking \& governance)
• Translate manual finance processes into

automated, standardized workflows

• Develop and maintain

data models and reporting layers

for self-service analytics

• Prepare

weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports

• Analyze and present

financial \& operational KPIs

to stakeholders

• Ensure

data accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting integrity

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning cycles
• Drive

process improvements, efficiency gains, and cycle time reduction

• Partner with cross-functional teams on

strategic and ad hoc analysis

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in

Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 4\+ years

of experience in financial analysis / FP\&A

• Strong

advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

• Hands-on experience with at least one:
• Microsoft Power BI
• Power Automate or similar automation tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in

Microsoft Power Platform

• Microsoft Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboards)

• SharePoint / Microsoft Lists
• Experience with

headcount planning, accruals, and financial close processes

• Familiarity with financial systems like Workday, Oracle, or Hyperion
• Experience building

scalable reporting datasets and self-service analytics

• Strong understanding of

accounting fundamentals

• Excellent

stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience documenting

processes, workflows, and system logic
