Role Description

The IELTS Trainer will deliver high-quality, structured IELTS training focused on Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules, ensuring learners are prepared to achieve their target scores. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting interactive classroom sessions, developing lesson plans and practice materials, assessing student performance, and providing personalized feedback and strategies for improvement. The trainer will organize and evaluate mock tests, maintain accurate progress records, and collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content and teaching methods. The role involves supporting learners with exam techniques, language accuracy, and confidence-building in communicative tasks. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in English Teaching and Teaching, with the ability to engage diverse learners in a structured classroom environment.
• Candidates should possess expertise in IELTS and Teaching English as a Foreign Language, including familiarity with exam formats, band descriptors, and effective test-taking strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid Lesson Planning skills, including designing curricula, creating practice materials, and adapting content to different proficiency levels.
• Candidates should possess excellent English language proficiency (spoken and written), strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Candidates should possess relevant teaching qualifications or certifications (e.g., TEFL/TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent) and prior experience training learners for IELTS or similar exams.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, professional classroom management, and a learner-centered approach; experience in exam preparation institutes or language centers is an advantage.
