Key Account Manager

General Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with partners in our portfolio, and driving revenue growth. The Buyback team manages all activities related to Flip partners in the In-Store Buyback Program. The In-Store Buyback Program consists of the process of evaluating devices such as smartphones, iPads, MacBooks, smartwatches, and consoles through the Flip Buyback platform, and providing the resulting value—in the form of a voucher or discount—to individual or corporate sellers via the Flip Partner.

What you’ll have to do:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in your portfolio.
  • Understand the specifics of each category to identify popular brands, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Monitor and report results, analyze data, and interpret reports for your partner portfolio.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (customer support, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting results to partners in the portfolio, analyzing trends, and proposing new strategies to increase collection volumes from buyback programs.
  • Identifying issues (if any) and finding solutions for the entire operational flow of phone collection.
  • Managing partner agents and providing them with phone and email support as needed.

What makes you a good fit:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to use and optimize new digital tools tailored to the department’s activities.
  • Advanced knowledge of the portfolio partner management process.
  • Knowledge of analyzing financial, commercial, and operational data to monitor growth objectives.
  • Familiarity with preparing and interpreting reports that indicate sales performance, customer behavior, and business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of building a positive company image and of effective ways to present buyback services to strategic partners.

  • Ability to resolve any conflicts or disagreements with partners by providing efficient and timely solutions.

  • Monitoring the results for each individual partner and collaborating with the pricing team to align volume targets with the prices of products collected in buyback programs.
