About the Role

We are looking for a talented and driven

Sr. UX Designer

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing key design deliverables

Building on a prototype developed and validated through customer research, you will interpret research findings, iterate on design solutions, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to implement those solutions. You will collaborate daily with product, engineering, research, and UX partners in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Interpret customer research and translate insights into refined, user-centered design solutions
• Iterate on existing prototypes and design concepts to drive toward implementation-ready deliverables
• Produce high-quality UX artifacts including wireframes, interaction specs, and prototypes in Figma
• Partner with product, engineering, research, and UX teams to ensure designs are feasible, consistent, and aligned to the product vision
• Apply systems thinking to ensure design solutions scale across the app and eReader ecosystem

What You'll Bring

Required:

• 8\+ years of UX design experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Demonstrated experience in mobile app design and interaction design
• A systems thinking mindset with a human-centered design approach
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to cross-functional partners
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload with minimal direction
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting in a dynamic environment

Nice to Have:

• Experience with consumer apps
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate design workflows
