We are partnering with a high-growth, technology-enabled organization to identify a Chief Technology Officer who will play a critical role in shaping the company's next phase of scale.

The CTO will lead the development and execution of a forward-looking technology roadmap, with a strong focus on AI, automation, data, and customer-facing platforms. This individual will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing technology organization while ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business growth objectives.

This is not a traditional IT role. The focus is external-facing, driving innovation, enhancing product offerings, and leveraging technology to create meaningful competitive advantage. Modern CTOs are expected to bridge business strategy and technical execution, ensuring technology investments directly support growth and customer value.

Key Areas of Focus

• Define and execute a long-term technology and product strategy
• Lead AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
• Build and scale a high-impact engineering, data, and product team
• Drive development of customer-facing platforms and technology solutions
• Partner closely with executive leadership to align technology with business objectives
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to support growth and innovation

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading technology strategy at scale (CTO or equivalent level)
• Track record of building and developing high-performing technical teams
• Strong background in AI, data, and platform development
• Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on executor
• Experience in high-growth, tech-enabled environments (e.g., SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or similar)
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across the C-suite
