Senior Business Analyst - Anaplan Consultant

• At least 5-7\+ years of relevant industry experience in Anaplan Consulting, Model Building, Implementation, and Production Support across Financial Planning \& Budgeting, Workforce Planning, Sales Planning, Revenue Planning, and Incentive Compensation domains

• Key responsibilities will include:

o Model Design \& Development

• Design and develop new Anaplan models and enhance existing models to support business goals as part of the connected solution evolution

• Build scalable, high performance models following Anaplan best practices for usability, maintainability, and performance

• Own configuration and ongoing maintenance of centralized models and the Anaplan Data Hub

o End to End Delivery

• Deliver end to end Anaplan implementations, including design, build, testing, UAT support, and ALM deployment

• Partner closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integrations and data flows across systems

• Ensure all Anaplan applications are connected and aligned to end user responsibilities and expected business outcomes

o Process Optimization \& Automation

• Identify opportunities for data, process automation, and efficiency improvements using Anaplan capabilities

• Proactively recommend enhancements by leveraging advanced Anaplan functionalities and platform features

• Optimize planning, forecasting, and reporting processes to improve speed, accuracy, and usability

o Governance, Standards and Scale

• Establish and enforce governance around model design, build standards, and documentation, balancing Anaplan best practices with organizational culture

• Drive scale by standardizing methodologies across model landscapes, maintenance processes, and documentation frameworks

• Ensure models are future proofed for growth, reuse, and multi use case expansion

o Collaboration \& Stakeholder Engagement

• Cultivate a strong culture of collaboration through cross functional partnerships that enable truly connected solutions

• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by translating business requirements into effective Anaplan solutions

• Support knowledge transfer, user enablement, and adoption across business teams
