Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced
HR Manager
to support our Automotive \& Industry business units. This is a hands-on role for a proactive HR leader who can drive both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and partner with hiring managers on staffing strategies
- Analyze headcount, turnover, and HR metrics; recommend policy improvements
- Manage employee lifecycle processes (promotions, transfers, terminations, performance reviews) and maintain HRIS records
- Oversee salary administration, performance management, and annual talent processes
- Support employee relations, training, engagement, and safety initiatives
- Ensure compliance, maintain employment records, and represent the company in employment matters
- Supervise HR team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 5\+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- HRIS experience required (ADP \& SuccessFactors preferred)
