Human Resources Manager

We’re seeking an experienced

HR Manager

to support our Automotive \& Industry business units. This is a hands-on role for a proactive HR leader who can drive both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment and partner with hiring managers on staffing strategies
• Analyze headcount, turnover, and HR metrics; recommend policy improvements
• Manage employee lifecycle processes (promotions, transfers, terminations, performance reviews) and maintain HRIS records
• Oversee salary administration, performance management, and annual talent processes
• Support employee relations, training, engagement, and safety initiatives
• Ensure compliance, maintain employment records, and represent the company in employment matters
• Supervise HR team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 5\+ years of progressive HR experience
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• HRIS experience required (ADP \& SuccessFactors preferred)
