A leadership opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacy professional to serve as Director of Pharmacy in a 69-bed critical illness recovery hospital located in Willingboro, NJ. This facility is dedicated to providing expert post-ICU inpatient care to chronically and critically ill patients, emphasizing a culture of patient-centered care, innovation, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the hospital pharmacy’s clinical, operational, administrative, staffing, and financial functions.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure high-quality pharmaceutical care.
• Oversee medication management, policy development, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage pharmacy staff development and performance to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of all educational requirements necessary for state pharmacy licensure.
• Minimum three years of hospital pharmacy experience within the last five years.
• Current state pharmacy license and BLS certification if required by the state.
• Preferred: PharmD or BS Pharmacy degree with an advanced degree or completion of a hospital pharmacy residency program.
• At least one year of management experience preferred.
• Board Certification and/or residency training is highly desirable.
