Job Description
About the Company
TekRek is partnered with a B2B SaaS company at a meaningful scale point, with a product organization that now needs more structure without losing pace.
The business has already built real commercial traction and is now working through the next phase of scale: greater complexity, broader product scope, and the operating discipline needed to support continued growth.
The Role
This is a senior product leadership hire for someone who has seen the scaling curve before. You will bring product clarity, stronger operating rhythm, and better team structure into an environment that has moved quickly and successfully, but now needs more consistency in how product decisions get made and delivered.
What You Will Do
- Lead the product function through the next stage of scale, bringing clearer ownership, stronger prioritization, and a more reliable product development cadence
- Introduce practical product processes across roadmap planning, discovery, and execution without creating unnecessary drag
- Build and mentor a multi-PM organization, raising the level of the team while improving how work is scoped and driven forward
- Set product direction for the next phase of growth, balancing near-term execution needs with longer-term expansion and differentiation
- Help the business move from reactive delivery toward a more repeatable operating model suited to a larger, more complex SaaS company
What You Bring
- Current title at the VP, Head, or Chief Product Officer level
- Product leadership experience within a B2B SaaS business
- A track record of helping scale a company from roughly $30M to $80M\+ in revenue
- Experience leading multi-PM teams and building stronger product organization structure as complexity increases
- A strong balance of product vision and execution, with evidence of implementing process and rigor without slowing delivery
Why This Role
This role suits a product leader who is strongest in the scale-up phase, not the earliest build stage. The company has momentum, commercial traction, and enough complexity to need a leader who can steady execution, improve quality, and put better foundations in place while keeping the business moving.
