Why this role matters
We’re hiring a Manager, Corporate Communications to
lead and develop
a corporate communications team and deliver an internal communications strategy that improves
executive visibility
, strengthens
employee engagement and feedback
, and drives
clear, consistent messaging
during organizational change. You’ll partner closely with a VP to streamline team processes, set direction, and elevate how we communicate across the organization. This role also serves as
backup for Crisis Management and Response Planning
.
What you’ll own
- Lead \& coach
a high‑performing corporate communications team in an agile environment
- Oversee
day‑to‑day execution
: prioritize work, balance resources, hit deadlines, maintain quality
- Build and deliver a
comprehensive internal communications strategy
aligned to business priorities
- Establish and manage
KPIs/metrics
to measure engagement and campaign effectiveness
- Create/own a
communications request intake process
and a
master communications calendar
- Lead
internal content strategy and creation
(voice, tone, clarity, targeting when needed)
- Partner with executives on
presentations, executive messaging, and sensitive communications
- Collaborate across departments (and with Marketing) to keep internal/external messaging aligned
What you bring (must‑haves)
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications (or related)
- 5\+ years
in communications (or related), including
3\+ years people management
- Strong
writing/editing
and executive‑level messaging skills
- Experience delivering org‑wide communications and change messaging in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfort building team processes (intake, calendars, measurement) and managing multiple priorities
- Experience with
digital communications platforms and measurement
- Proficiency with
Microsoft Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook)
Nice to have
- Crisis communications / incident response
experience (or similar)
- Project management strengths (planning, critical thinking, stakeholder alignment)
- Managed a team with
more than one
direct report
