Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology initiatives in a Scrum or Agile environment, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time outcomes.

You will:

  • Lead execution across cross‑functional engineering, product, and business teams by actively managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Drive delivery in Agile/Scrum environments, ensuring teams are focused, unblocked, and aligned to sprint and release goals
  • Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Own and manage the product and delivery backlog, ensuring it is prioritized, refined, and aligned with business and technical objectives
  • Translate business and stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Balance delivery commitments, scope, technical constraints, and business value through informed prioritization and trade‑offs
  • Provide transparent reporting on delivery progress, risks, and technical dependencies to stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices, tools, and team collaboration
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring shared understanding and execution clarity
  • Lead regular stakeholder touchpoints to review progress, surface risks, and align on priorities
  • Manage external vendor coordination and technical delivery where applicable

Your Qualifications

You bring strong technical delivery experience and a pragmatic Agile mindset, including:

  • 4\+ years of experience managing technical or software delivery projects in IT, engineering, or related environments
  • Proven hands‑on experience working with Scrum or Agile teams, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management
  • Experience owning or co‑owning product or delivery backlogs, with strong skills in requirements definition and prioritization
  • Ability to lead without authority and influence cross‑functional technical teams toward shared outcomes
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills across both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Results‑driven mindset with a balance of delivery discipline, technical quality, and business impact
