Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

to lead a high‑impact digital transformation and build a modern, scalable technology ecosystem.

In this strategic role, you'll define and execute the technology vision — driving automation, real‑time insights, and scalable growth. You’ll act as the central authority on data and architecture while building internal capability and delivering meaningful business outcomes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE BUILDING

• A comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned to business strategy
• A cloud‑first architecture replacing legacy/manual processes
• A centralised data platform serving as a single source of truth
• Integrated systems across core business functions (finance, operations, payroll, etc.)
• Real‑time dashboards and reporting capabilities for decision support
• Automated workflows replacing manual reconciliation and reporting
• Internal tools that drive operational efficiency and visibility
• Scalable, secure technology systems designed for long‑term growth

OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE

• 8\+ years' experience in technology leadership roles
• Proven success in leading digital transformation and cloud adoption initiatives
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Solid background in data architecture, engineering, and integrations (SQL, APIs, ETL)
• Exposure to business intelligence tools (e.g: Power BI or similar)
• Experience integrating complex systems into unified environments
• Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Experience building and leading high‑performing, cross‑functional teams
• Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, evolving environments

Qualification:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
