We are looking for a IT Project Manager!

Location: Lisbon \| Porto

Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)

Salary Package \& Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) \+ Food Allowance \+ Flex Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate global, cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Ensure alignment with security, regulatory, and compliance requirements
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans
• Track project performance (timeline, cost, quality) and report status to stakeholders
• Manage change requests and ensure proper impact analysis and approvals
• Support production and operational activities related to delivered solutions
• Ensure effective communication across multicultural and international teams

Required Expertise \& Skills

• Minimum

6–7 years of experience

in project management

• Strong

technical background in IT infrastructure

• Proven experience managing security and/or regulatory projects
• Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

(Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Experience working in an

English-speaking professional environment

(mandatory)

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Certifications

• PMP certification
